All in good time прислів’я
Укр. На все свій час.
    ‣ "All in good time!" my husband used to say. "All in good time." In our younger years this drove me crazy because I’m one of those impetuous people who make snap decisions, wondering why in the world anyone would waste time mulling over something that you already knew was the right thing to do. On the other hand, Art never made a quick decision in his life. "If you just wait," he advised me, "everything will work out the way it’s supposed to." He saw no reason to rush into anything. And for him it worked, well, most of the time.
    ‣ The memoirs themselves reveal a politician who’s still toying with the idea of re-entry too. It’s not so much what’s in the book, but what isn’t. There are no huge revelations or tales told out of school; not a bridge has been burned. Укр. Смаки не пояснити. Смаки пояснити <зрозуміти> неможливо. В окремих контекстах, особливо з іронією: На <колір і> смак товариш не всяк. У кожного свій смак. Кожен Івась має свій лас. Смак смаку не укажчик: хто любить кавун, а хто свинячий хрящик. Кому піп, кому попадя, а кому й попова дочка. Не всі люди однакові: той любить дівицю, той молодицю, а той паляницю.
Ком. Англійське прислів’я каже “Як комусь може подобатися щось чи хтось?” Відповідні усталені українські прислів’я вживають інакше, а саме в сенсі “Різні люди мають різні смаки, і це зрозуміло”. В англійській мові подібне значення має рідше вживане прислів’я There is no disputing about tastes.

Укр. Що здіймається, те й впаде. Як злетиш, так і впадеш. Вище лізеш — довше падати. За піднесенням буде й спад. (в деяких контекстах) Все повертається на круг свій.
Ком. Первісно вислів стосувався ситуації обстрілювання ворожих літаків на війні.
